Refund policy

We have a 100% guaranteed freshness and satisfactory policy. If your vanilla product(s) show up in less than AMAZING condition, you have 14 days after delivery to return the products for a complete refund or exchange.

Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
