Pompona Vanilla is a highly sought after, old world traditional native vanilla that once only grew in Southern Mexico. Most readily available Pompona varieties are a hybrid of Pompona and Planifolia.

This variety is known for it's striking size and deep rich flavor, and on average these will weigh double and sometimes triple what their Planifolia counterparts do.
